Mallow and aloe arborescens are two plants commonly known in traditional medicine, they are very effective in the treatment of many digestive disorders and constipation.
Decoction. Use a spoon of herbs per cup of water.
Pour the herbs in the cold water and bring your water to a boil. Once the water has reached boiling temperature, reduce the heat as low as possible and cover (to avoid the evaporation of essential oils); simmer at least for 20 minutes. Finally remove from heat and strain off the herbs and serve. You can drink it hot or cold (or you can put it in a thermos to keep the heat).
This is the right way to extract the mucilage contained in the mallow (the most important active ingredients).
Recommended from 2 to 4 cups a day.
The tea must be placed in a dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
