Ginger is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Zingiberaceae family and is one of the most used plants in China and in general throughout the East, both as a cooking ingredient and spice for dishes, and as a real medicinal plant.
In particular, in traditional Chinese medicine and in Ayurvedic medicine, ginger is used for the treatment of nausea and vomiting, as well as for digestive and respiratory disorders.
Ginger powder can be used to season dishes, such as salads, soups, etc.
It can also be used for the preparation of herbal teas. To prepare the herbal tea: pour a teaspoon of ginger powder in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes. Then filter and drink.
Drink 2 to 4 cups a day.
