Description

The herbs of Provence are a mixture of salt and aromatic herbs that grow in the south of France and in most of the Mediterranean provinces. Together they form a mix of aromas and flavors that go very well with meat and many other dishes.

The herbs used are all grown on our farm

Method of use

Provence herbs are suitable for grilling and for marinating white meats. Try it to flavor steamed vegetables, legumes and soups but also fresh or creamy cheeses. The herbs of Provence can also be an ingredient in doughs for grands, faces and sandwiches.
