USED SALT: The characteristic of this spicy salt is the purple salt of Namak , a millennial salt in the center of the Indies . It has a very low sodium content, and a sulphurous taste which, however, is lost by using it in cooked foods, and is replaced by a delicate flavor similar to a boiled egg.
USED SPICES: they are typical spices of the Marche region, their essences play an important role combined with cooked vegetables and mixed vegetables.
