Description

Our Acacia honey does not undergo any pasteurization process . It is 100% pure and natural. The bees are raised in Italy, in the Marche region and are not subjected to antibiotic treatment.

A few words about pasteurization

Pasteurization is a manufacturing process carried out in special plants by heating to a temperature of about 75 °. This process does not serve to satisfy hygienic-sanitary and conservation purposes (given that natural honey can be preserved by itself for centuries), but to meet purely commercial needs, such as the availability of a honey that is always liquid.

When honey is heated to high temperatures, unfortunately it loses many nutritional properties, with a great reduction in the benefits for the body.

This is why we would like to emphasize that our honey does not undergo a pasteurization process.


Shipping takes place every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, delivery in 24-48 hours on average to Italy, and 24-48 hours with air shipment, to the rest of Europe.
