Top quality dried and chopped basil, grown in a natural way, in our countryside in Fermo (Italy), without the use of any chemical product. Once harvested, the leaves are carefully checked and left to dry in the shade, at controlled temperatures (& lt; 42 °), so that the active ingredients contained in the precious leaves remain intact.
You can use dried basil in the same way you would have used fresh basil, although the aroma will obviously be less. For example, it is very good in combination with tomato sauces, to season mozzarella by adding a drizzle of oil, or in addition to pizza.
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, direct sunlight and humidity.
