Returns and refunds
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must send, within 14 days from the receipt of the products, an email with the indications as described below. If you do not want to return the goods but you had some problems, follow the instructions below:
If you do not want to return the products but you had problems with the package:
Please go to the contact page and fill out the form at the bottom of the page, indicating order number and attaching any photos if necessary.
If you want to return the package and you want a refund:
The return of the goods must be paid by the customer, the products must be intact, the packages must not be used and opened, the seal of security must be intact. Once the package with the goods arrives to destination, as soon as possible my company will reimburse the purchase through bank transfer.
How to proceed with the return:
In case you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow the following procedure:
- within 14 days from the receipt of the package you must send an email to: email@example.com with the subject: I WANT TO RETURN THE PACKAGE, indicate in the email the order number, the product you want to return and your bank details for which we can refund the products to;
- we will reply as soon as possible, if you do not see an answer within a few days you can call me at 0734466824, I will urge the procedure;
- once you have received our confirmation by email, you can send the package at your own expenses to: Erbe di Mauro - Via Fermana Sud, 68/70 - 63812 Montegranaro (FM) I recommend you make sure to ship the products, using a suitable packaging transport;
- in case you have requested the reimbursement of the amount of the products, after verifying the integrity of the goods, we will proceed to reimburse you.
