In traditional medicine it is also known for its numerous therapeutic properties and in particular as a purifying plant.
Traditionally, nettle was and still is used in case of anemia, decay and fatigue, but also in case of poor digestion, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Infusion: use a teaspoon of dried nettle for a cup of water (about 250 ml). The nettle should be left to stand in boiling water for 10 minutes and then it should be filtered and served warm or lukewarm.
Recommended to drink 2 to 4 cups a day.
