Aloe Malva Regola, the supplement for your intestinal regularity
Aloe Malva Regola is a dietary supplement specifically formulated to improve intestinal function and regularity. It works by improving stool transit in three ways:
- Softens stool: thanks to the mucilage contained in Mallow and the Auricularia mushroom, stool is softened, facilitating transit and evacuation;
- Stimulates intestinal peristalsis: Intestinal peristalsis is the process of muscle contraction that pushes food and feces through the digestive tract. This wave-like movement, caused by the smooth muscles of the intestine, is essential for digestion and elimination.
- Increases water flow into the intestine: magnesium, through a process called "osmosis," acts by drawing a significant amount of water into the intestinal lumen. This makes stool very bulky and soft, thus accelerating its transit through the intestine and therefore evacuation.

Mallow is a medicinal plant known for its laxative properties and as a gentle intestinal regulator, also suitable for the elderly and children. Its laxative action is primarily due to its mucilage content, which has an emollient and protective effect on inflamed intestinal mucosa and works by softening and lubricating fecal mass, thus facilitating intestinal transit.
Auricularia auricula-judae
Auricularia, also known as "Judas Ear," is a Chinese medicine mushroom known primarily for its beneficial intestinal and cardiovascular properties. This mushroom contains mucilage with a prebiotic effect and moistens stool, increasing its moisture, preventing it from becoming dry and hard. It also contains adenosine, a substance that stimulates intestinal peristalsis.
Magnesium
Magnesium performs numerous important functions in our body, one of which is improving intestinal function. Specifically, it stimulates intestinal motility and draws water into the intestine, which softens stool and facilitates its expulsion.
How to use
Take 3 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably before meals.
