Dandelion is one of the most widespread plants in Europe. It grows wild in the pastures, in the woods, in the fields and in the gardens. It is easily distinguished by its yellow flowers and green, glabrous and serrated leaves.
In traditional medicine it is considered an excellent natural remedy for digestive problems and liver disorders.
Thanks to the presence of inulin, dandelion roots are also excellent as a regulator of blood sugar.
