Characteristics

• How it was produced : 100% pure and natural essential oil, obtained through steam distillation of Rosemary leaves. Also for food use. Produced in a completely natural way, without the use of propylene glycol or other solvents.

• Usable for : internal use, airborne diffusion, inhalations, external use.
• Contraindicated : pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 6 years of age and people allergic to rosemary. Also contraindicated in cases of hormonal cancer (breast, uterine and ovarian cancer).

What is it for?

• Bruises and muscle pain : Rosemary essential oil is famous for its analgesic action, it can therefore be mixed with a vegetable oil, an oleolite, or a massage cream to relieve pain due to bruises or edema;
• Difficult digestion and bloating : a drop added to honey or vegetable oil, then ingested, can aid digestion and reduce intestinal fermentations that cause bloating;
• Promotes concentration and memory : inhaling the aroma of Rosemary is a great way to promote concentration while working or studying, as well as improving your memory. In this case the best way to use it is through a room diffuser, where you pour some water and a few drops of essential oil.
• Poor circulation : essential oil. of Rosemary performs a venous decongestant function, facilitating circulation in heavy legs and counteracting the accumulation of liquids and cellulite. You can mix it with a vegetable oil, an oleolite, or a cream to massage the affected area several times a day.
• Coughs, catarrh and colds : add a few drops to a pure vegetable oil and massage on the chest and throat, or pour 2-3 drops of product into boiling water to make fumigations;

Recommendations for use

• Diffusion in the environment : 6 to 10 drops to add to the water in a diffuser/vaporizer for the environment, or in the radiator tray to purify the air, promote breathing and fight bad odors.
• Inhalation with the handkerchief : add a drop of essential oil to a handkerchief. Breathe into it several times during the day.
• In the Shampoo : add a few drops of essential oil directly into the shampoo to combat hair loss.
• Hot baths : add to the hot bath water, a soup spoon of sodium bicarbonate* (or vegetable oil, or milk) to which 10 drops of essential oil have been added. For a more effective action, after bathing it is recommended to dry well, without rinsing.
• Foot baths : immerse your feet (up to the ankles) in a container full of warm/hot water to which a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda* (or vegetable oil, or milk) has been added, mixed with 4-6 drops of essential oil. Soak for approximately 15-20 minutes.
• In the washing machine, add 10-15 drops (depending on the intensity of the scent you want to obtain) directly into the tray, mixed with the detergent, or with a little bicarbonate. It helps good cleaning of fabrics by giving clothes a pleasant clean scent.

* Essential oils are not soluble in water, bicarbonate, or alternatively fatty substances (such as vegetable oils, or milk) have the specific purpose of making them soluble in water.

Expiration

Shelf life: 5 years, if stored well in the dark, away from heat sources.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 6 years of age and people allergic to laurel. It is also contraindicated in cases of hormonal cancer (breast, uterus and ovarian).

Warnings

Never use pure on the skin or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

All essential oils naturally contain potentially allergenic molecules such as cinnamaldehyde, citronellol, eugenol, citral, coumarin, limonene, linalool, geraniol, etc... which can, therefore, trigger allergic reactions. For this reason we recommend testing them before use, applying 1 drop dissolved in 30 ml of olive oil (or other vegetable oil) on the skin of the forearm and waiting 48 hours for the possible onset of allergies.
