Description
Agaricus blazei murril is a mushroom of the same family as the button mushrooms, which grows wild in the area of São Paulo in Brazil, where it is also known by the name of Champiñón del sol . Like porcini it is very fleshy and has an intense almond aroma, which is why it is also commonly known as "the almond mushroom"
