Ashwagandha powder, 100g and 500g

Ashwagandha - botanical name " Withania somnifera " is a plant native to India and South-East Asia. The word ashwagandha in Sanskrit means " smell of a horse ": it refers both to the characteristic smell of the root and to its ability to " give the energy of a horse ".

In India, the Ashwagandha root has been used for over 3000 years and is considered one of the most important remedies in Ayurveda medicine.

How to use

To be dissolved in drinks such as water, fruit juices, smoothies, juices, yoghurts, etc. It can be taken at any time of the day, with or without meals.
