Description

Griofola Frondosa, known as Maitake, is a very prized mushroom throughout the East, both for its use for herbal use and for its particular taste, which make it a real treat for the palate and an excellent ingredient added to use in cooking.

Maitake grows at the foot of oak, beech and on the stumps of other dead or dying trees. It is a mushroom that grows in very large clusters. A typical maitake cluster is about the size of a volleyball. It can have a diameter of 50 cm

It is a mushroom native to northeastern Japan, Europe, Asia and the eastern part of the North American continent.

Abbastanza soddisfatta

Uso il Maitake puro in polvere da svariati mesi associato all'hericium e saltuariamente al Reishi. Ho provato anche il Coprinus , l'ABM, e qualche altro fungo per il controllo glicemico, ma senza risultati eclatanti; solo col Maitake comincia a succedere qualcosa, anche in termini di calo ponderale: dunque il mio metabolismo si è messo in moto. Continuerò a prenderlo. Associato con vitamina C + agrumi .

Come molte specie di funghi il Maiteke possiede molteplici effetti benefici , il più importante è la capacità di aggredire le cellule malate rendendole sterili. Riguardo al prodotto non so se sia solo micelio o entrambi, comunque sembra ottimo.
